Data controller

What data we process
Piggy bank administrators: email address, name, an encrypted password, account settings. Depositors: an optionally given name and note, a device identifier in a cookie, and a hashed IP address kept for up to 90 days to protect against abuse.
Purpose and basis
We process data to keep the deposit log, send notifications about pending entries and protect the service from abuse. The basis is the performance of the service agreement and the controller's legitimate interest.
Cookies
We use only cookies necessary for the service to work: session, form protection, remembered language and recognition of a depositor's device. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. You can delete your account together with its piggy banks in the settings. For anything else, write to the data controller.
Retention
Account data is kept until the account is deleted. Hashed IP addresses are removed after 90 days. Database backups are kept for 14 days.
